“This Is CVS” Campaign & Training Video

Introduction

With CVS/pharmacy being a new entry to the market, little was known about the company and its offerings. In 2006, I began development of a new in-store campaign designed to better introduce and promote the company.

Goals

  • Introduce and promote CVS, the company, and its offerings to new employees and customers.
  • Improve new employee training and orientation.

“This Is CVS” Table Display

  • Produced two comprehensive videos, one targeted at employees and another to customers. The video was segmented into different focus areas: ExtraCare, Pharmacy, MinuteClinic, Beauty, Photo Center, and private label brands.
  • Created multiple in-store supplemental marketing materials, including posterboards and brochures.
  • Setup a prominent display table, near the pharmacy, to showcase the customer-targeted video and supplemental materials.
  • Campaign was later expanded and utilized region-wide throughout 2006-2007.
  • Receiving high praise, I was promoted to Store Manager within one month of the campaign’s premiere.
