How We Achieved It
- Consolidated independent websites for KFYR-TV, its three satellites, and West Dakota FOX into YourNewsLeader.com. This centralized branding and marketing, improved SEO by reducing duplication and unifying backlinks to a single domain, and streamlined content publishing.
- Evolved sales model from limited sponsorships to an impression-based CPM model. The previous model inhibited revenue growth by restricting inventory to only a few advertisers and didn’t mirror traffic growth.
- Optimizing inventory and encouraging long-term investments through discounted sales packages that bundle products based on current inventory needs.
Implementing and enforcing multi-award-winning strategic best practices. - Establishing our team as industry experts, with frequent training to enhance product and industry knowledge and to reinforce best practices.
