Kmart Electronics Handbook Volume 6
Introduction
Frustrated by any lack of references for department products, I took the initiative to produce a department handbook. The first edition was published in 2003 and six editions were published in all, updated on a quarterly basis.
Project Goals
- Create a portable single point-of-reference for all key department items.
Project Outcomes
- Produced 6 total volumes, updated quarterly, with a comprehensive list of features, pictures, prices, and scannable UPCs for all key department items.
- After being presented at the annual field manager’s meeting, copies were distributed district-wide and submitted to the corporate office for further distribution consideration.
