In addition to my substantial experience as the Digital Solutions Director for KFYR-TV, I provide a variety of all-original content and services through my company Hoffman Creations, where I operate a network of websites and have self-published two books: <a href=\"https:\/\/hoffmancreations.com\/resume\/projects\/the-bismarck-mandan-encyclopedia\"><em>The Bismarck-Mandan Encyclopedia<\/em><\/a> in 2020 and <a href=\"https:\/\/hoffmancreations.com\/resume\/projects\/the-complete-history-of-bismarck-north-dakota\"><em>The Complete History of Bismarck, North Dakota<\/em><\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Among my greatest strengths are strategic planning and crafting innovative solutions that drive results, which has translated into a strong record of accomplishment, from my very first job to my current position.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2009, I have had the great pleasure to supervise digital operations and revenue for each of the broadcast news groups covering western North Dakota: KXMB-TV and KFYR-TV. In these leadership roles, I established each as the indisputable <a href=\"https:\/\/hoffmancreations.com\/resume\/projects\/kfyr-tv-digital-market-leader\"><strong>digital and social media market leader<\/strong><\/a> in traffic, social media, and revenue.<\/p>\n<p>I previously achieved strong success as a Property Manager for GOLDMARK and a Store Manager for CVS\/pharmacy.
